With the daily Linux dbgutil bibisect repository running on
debian-stretch, I see the slow initial open remains. CPU times ...
- Open the .odb : :02
- Writer window appears : 2:52
- top of document rendered : 6:10 (status bar says Page 1 of 231)
- I cancelled : 46:10 (still 100% CPU)
