I can confirm it with
=JAHRE(A2;A4;0)
=JAHRE(A2;A4;1)
where A2 = 01.01.0001 and A4 = any date after A2
Result: Err:502
=JAHRE(x;y;2) doesn't exist anymore, see

Tested with LibO 5.3.1.2
