Description:
Select All isn't quite responsive if the page is containing a large table
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 124534 (bug 99416)
2. Press CTRL+A
Actual Results:
It takes around 4 sec for the selection to appear (and noticing a CPU hog)
Expected Results:
Nearly instant selection
Reproducible: Always
