th_TH.aff declares an encoding of "TIS620-2533".
Now, that is not a valid encoding, which at the very least would be TIS-620,
but anyway that's not a documented valid encoding for hunspell, which says
"Possible values: UTF-8, ISO8859-1 - ISO8859-10, ISO8859-13 - ISO8859-15,
KOI8-R, KOI8-U, microsoft-cp1251, ISCII-DEVANAGARI."
I'm not sure what's best here, and I'd like to leverage somebody with some more
knowledge about uncommon character encoding.
