It's a FAQ [1]. Windows HIG [2] defines the sequence as OK, Cancel, Apply,
Help, meaning the confirmation at left (when not dangerous). Most desktop
environments of Linux does the same as Windows.
macOS [3] turns that around places Save/Appy/Ok, i.e. the positive action, to
the right and Cancel at left.
Finally Android [4] defines affirmative actions like Delete or Remove to be
placed on the right side and continue the process, while dismissive actions are
placed directly to the left of affirmative actions and return the user to the
originating screen or step in the process.
So what's right depends on component and hardware -> NEEDINFO. I believe that
LibO handles the placement correctly, in general.
