Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. create tabel and make a selection of cells in the middle
2. go to table properties, choose tab borders
3. create a solid black borderline for the ouside borders
Current behavior:the upper border is not changed
Expected behavior: all borders around the selection should change
