Embedded PDF images disappear after some time. Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new writer document
2. Insert PDF as images, either via dragging or via the insert dialog
3. Wat a couple minutes.
4. Only the gray frames are left, but the PDFs are gone
5. Extracting the document shows that they are also deleted from the .odt
archive
This does not happen to embedded png images. I could only reproduce this bug
with embedded PDFs.
