I'd like to support this enhancement. Using LO for some years I usually don't
use F1-key (don't ask me why) but the help-menu offline help. I knew it's my
fault, but I just recognized the "home"-button within the offline help. So I
strongly agree to "who cares about the help for the help-button".
So I think it would be very user-friendly, if the help button in the help-menu
leads you directly to the starting page of LO Help(like F1 does).
