Problem description:
In Cell borders shortcut option in editing toolbar, there is no option present
for making Thick Borders. As any spreadsheet data always need to have some
thick borders, if the option is available its very convenient for use.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on border options
2. ....
3. ....
Current behavior:
Shows only thin line borders
Expected behavior:
Thick line options should be seen as well. (similar options are present in
gnumeric / MS excel)
