I had already copied cli_*.dll files to excecution folder of my program. And it
didn't work.
But with the option WRITE_REGISTRY=1 when installing MSI, it works :)
I mark this bug as resolved.
I'm waiting for the official release of the LibreOffice 5.4 (do you have any
time-frame of this release?).
