DB file with missing macro library

I have a ODB file with a password protected Basic library and dialogs. I did
some changes in a query and reports, saved the file, and closed it. Later, when
I opened the file again. I noticed that the code of the password protected
Basic library was empty. Only the dialogs were still there, and the empty Basic
library. The database including queries and reports were fine.

I cannot provide you with the Basic module or the database, but I have attached
the remainder of the file (before the upload I emptied out the tables and
queries as well, and the backup folder). Maybe there is some indication of the
problem.

I cannot reliably reproduce this, but it happened twice and it is a little
worrying that data can be lost.

I quite often see the database gets lost, and this happens quite frequently
when browsing tables and changing their filters and sorting a lot. At some
point it would only store a defective file with the whole database missing. But
then I would notice it right away.

But when losing the macro library at some point, I do not notice it right away,
and if there are a lot of database changes in between, it is troublesome to
merge a file with a good macro library with a file with a good database.
