hello Elisabeth. the LibO version you are using (LibO 5.2.1.2 according to the
report) is obsolete.
you should upgrade to latest stable release which is LibO 5.2.6.2 that has
hundred of bugs fixed in respect to 5.2.1.2
please give feedback if the issue persists even after upgrade.
