Using the Basic-Funktions for manipulating files needs a communication channal.
This is normaly delivert by FreeFile.
In LO Version: 5.3.1.2 (x64)

on my System Windows 10 the Freefile command will always return 1 - so the
Open-command get always an E/a Error.
Seems to be a broken FreeFile function?
