* Is there any data loss? (you affirm that in the bug title but not in the bug
summary). 
* Is the problem only seeing the size of the file as zero in the file viewer
window?
* Does LibreOffice detect changes or new data after the last Ctrl+S?
* Can anyone else try it using vmware virtual machine on Windows?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested information is provided.
