There seems to be limitation when resizing an image within a caption frame
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file.
2. Shrink the light bulb, by clicking corner of the image (not the frame)
3. Try to resize the light bulb back to the original size
Actual Results:
It's isn't possible to restore the original size
Expected Results:
It should be possible to restore the original size
Reproducible: Always
