On this Windows 7 sp1 32-bit VM, in Presentation mode there no difference
between font rendering of the 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 builds with OpenGL rendering, GPU
Hardware acceleration, or CPU only rendering.
Continue to be unable to confirm, the Harfbuzz based font rendering works for
me.
You could try driver update for your Intel HD GPU, beyond that -> UNCONFIRMED
