The original report is about saving from odp to pptx. It is relevant to have
the original odp file, so just offering a pptx is not enough. Also, Charlie's
file is Charlie's file and we have no idea, if his problem is the same as
yours.

For what it's worth, after modifying text I can re-save that tt.pptx instantly,
no waiting. Did it 4 times in a row.
