Viewing - 2 irritating problems
1/ The blinking cursor won't stop blinking-well blinking. Yes, I have gone to
the keyboard screen of Ubuntu's system settings and have switching the blinking
off for gedit & most other stuff. It only insists on blinking in Libreoffice
Writer, and it blinks at a speed I can't adjust.
2/ When using writer to proof-read / edit a document and I'm scrolling down
then every so often the page jumps back to the page where I left that blinking
cursor. (I imagine it jumps every time a copy is taken for back-up.)
(PS my system is 64 bit but I can't remember for sure the chip type.)
