I can reproduce this in Linux (not in Windows), and bibisecting with
lo-linux-dbgutil-daily-till51 pointed me to the following range:

This is the same as Xisco's result for bug 106898, a slightly different issue
with a flash during slideshows that I reported:

(strangely, I get a different bibisect result for that one)
