Reading this, I'm not cleat what this bug refers to: Edit -> Manage Changes
dialog is OK, what is "Manage Changes sidebar dialog", is it Edit -> Sidebar ->
Navigator or what?
Navigator doesn't display comments inserted on changes, just regular comments.
Is this bug about that or that's separate bug?
