I already have the same problem under Ubuntu 16.04 (Unity), but with all opened
applications. Closing and restarting my session fixes the problem.
In your case, when this problem occurs, do you experience it in other opened
applications like Firefox or Thunderbird?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested information is provided.
