Same behaviour according to your steps with:

CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 6.1; UI render: default;
TinderBox: Win-x86@42, Branch:master, Time: 2017-04-11_01:03:05
Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR); Calc: CL
but not when, after Delete, I push Reset at bottom of Customize dialog.
Not sure this is documented.
