tip for Sidebar Settings
Some tooltips use Default-Language,
not used User interface Language setting.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. LibO-Dev (e.g., UI:Key-ID)
2. Create New Writer Document
3. Open Sidebar
4. hover some icons, appear tip
