Mnemonics are unlike the menubar not accessible from any place but after F6
when you use the notebookbar -> Groupedbar full the F6 stuff didn't work as it
should.
In windows it work's for most icons with F6 + tab but in linux it doesn't in
addition the ManagedMenuButton are accessible via ALT + F, ALT + E, ... but
this work sometimes when you click before F6 sometimes not.
so is there something I can/should change in the ui file or is it an
implementation issue.
