OK, so as indicated in bug 105469 watched process while running the NirSoft
GDIview utility. With these STR LibreOffice dumps when the GDI object tally
reaches 10,000 -- font object counts up to near the installed, but the Device
Context (so hDC right?) continues to grow while scrolling the Font List box up
and down.
