1. Start LibO
2. Create Draw Document
3. Open Sidebar
4. UnDock Sidebar
5. Click Shapes
6. Open "Default"
7. Decrease height of Sidebar
Actual Results:
8. Appear two scroll bar
Expected Results:
8. scroll bar should be one
