To reproduce:
1. Open blank presentation in Impress
2. Insert - Header and Footer... fields (which are on Master slide).
3. Save as PPTX and close.
4. On PPTX reopen, there are no fields.
5. (optionally) open PPTX in MSO, there's Repair and also no fields.
