Reproduced.
Value of H10 don't change without some change in I10-K10 which refered from
H10.
Change of any other cell don't cause the recalculation of H10.
Althogh "AutoCaluculate" switch is checked.
I don't know this is bug or specification.
MS Excel 2013 behaves differently.
