Description:
On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated 3 days ago, form wizard (on
Base) doesn't appear.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a odb file containing at least 1 table
2. Click on form wizard
Actual Results:
Form wizard doesn't appear and console displays this:
