I gave it a try with full deletion of profil, and it looks that this helps,
tables can be edited.
(profile for the portable version is the whole content of the directory
LibreOfficePortable\Data,
which will be rebuild on new starting LO)
pls put same useful information on the wiki-page and set this issue to
"resolved"
