Steps:
1) Open LO
2) Open the paragraph style editor for Heading 9 and Heading 10
3) Both will mention on the Organizer tab under the Contains heading - Western
text: 75% + bold + Numbering(Outline) + X + Indent left 0.0 inch, Indent right
0.0 inch + From top 0.04, From bottom 0.04 inch
If you compare heading 5 and 6, as well as 7 and 8, the difference between each
is that the second heading also has italics.
