1) Open attached document
2) Notice that the page number field, the number 1, doesnt have deletion track
changes assigned to it

LibreOffice 3.3 to 4.0 did know that track changes happened on the line, as it
did have the track changes vertical line in the margins, but it also didnt show
that the page number field had a deletion track changes on it.
