No problem here. The screenshot shows a messagebox that displays the path of
the spellmenu.ui file; make sure that file exists, is readable and has sensible
content. Specifically it should be identical to
editeng/uiconfig/ui/spellmenu.ui of the source tree,

Btw, a commit of 0b9f9bef65bb21ebb6a64aafad448f7f62dc824a doesn't seem to
exist, did you build that version or is it downloaded?
