For both English and German text, Thesaurus and "Synonyms" work as expected. > There is no Thesaurus in the tools menu of Text Document Well, the menu item "Thesaurus" is in the sub-menu "Tools > Language >". @hudsonfury: Can you please check if this issue is still reproducible for you with the current version of LibreOffice, i.e. 3.5.5 (or 3.6 in about two weeks)?
