It was new installation.
But I'm not sure about one thing, I may install libreoffice in the last windows
10 preview build, and I never open it, and then I upgrade windows 10 to 16188
and I open it for the first time, it didn't work, and then reinstall
libreoffice, the problem still exists.
But it works on another computer which has the same version windows 10...
