I can reproduce it in
Version: 5.4.0.0.alpha1+

Locale: fo-FO (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group
However, MSO Excel 2010 doesn't even open it alleging there's a problem in the
table.
Are you sure you attach the correct file ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested document is provided.
