You're right. I retested it today, and it doesn't work with the exactly given
steps. However the bug exists. I don't know what the exact trigger is, but it
will occur when playing around a bit by moving the inner borders (in web and
normal view) and switching back and forward between Web and normal view.
It shouldn't take that long (mostly it happens within 20 sec)
