I disagree with Mike, because I only used the the single-page view and detectd
the different behavours in the two documents (comment 10). So my question to
Mike is: What about the results, that are described in comment 12? So my
suggestion is: Please compare a document with ViewLayoutColumns=1 with a
document ViewLayoutColumns=0. I'm sure you will see the difference and assess
this as a bug. => chanceged back to NEW
