Looks like the same issue as Bug 103064.
Normally, reporter there should've searched before opening and that should be
marked as duplicate. But, since discussion there is more active, I set this one
as dupe. Please add to discussion there should you find something missing (but
without quoted text!).
Or set back to New if you feel this duplicate is wrong.
