I can still reproduce this in LibreOffice 5.5. This is a severe a11y issue as
it makes navigating tables very difficult with screen readers. I don't know if
it helps any but this issue is not present in Open Office. I notice that when
running NVDA Master, it makes the NVDA error sound often when navigating
between pages when in a table.
