Miklos fixed bug 107392 and it turns out bug 96315 disappeared as well, so I
thought to try this old bugbear.

Fernand's attachment 121768 also works after saving and reloading. It has a
different problem (page size somehow messed up and background image gets too
small), but that should be reported as a separate issue.
The problem on opening mentioned in comment 44 is not seen either (and was not
seen at the time of comment 36). Export to PDF does not hang as it did in
comment 36.
