            Bug ID: 108223
Summary: "exporting to pdf" a writer document with an embedded
draw 8 graphic fails to include or show the graphic in
the pdf if the width of the draw 8 object matches or
extends the width of the text area
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.3.2.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
exporting a writer document with an embedded draw 8 graphic fails to include or
show the draw 8 graphic in following condition:
the width of the draw 8 object matches or extends the width of the text area
independently from the type of the draw object's anchor

in the test document (page format: A4, left & right margins: 2.54 cm, top &
bottom margins: 1.25 cm)
exporting the draw 8 object worked up to object's width: text area with (15.90
cm) - 0.06 cm

interestingly the embedded graphic is exported without problems if no resizing
inside the writer document to the object was applied

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a draw 8 graphic in Libre Office Draw
2. copy and embed the graphic using the menu "paste special" and select as
"Draw 8"
3. resize with "keep ratio" the embedded object to match or extend the width of
the text area
4. "Export as PDF"

Actual Results:
the embedded draw 8 graphic is not shown inside the pdf exported document

Expected Results:
the embedded draw 8 graphic should be shown inside the exported pdf document

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
To my knowledge this should have been working in versions before 5.3.x since I
have used this object width (exact text area width) for embedded draw 8 objects
in many documents without any problem.
Exporting the unmodified document with open office writer 4.1.3 x86/32bit on
Windows 8.1 enterprise x64 worked without problems.

this behavior was observed in:
LibreOffice 5.3.2.2 x64 on Windows 8.1 enterprise x64
LibreOffice 5.3.3.2 x64 on Windows 8.1 enterprise x64
