So this might be a proposal: When you choose "Footnotes" as the type of
reference the field "Insert reference to" should give the following
possibilities:
Page
Chapter
Above/Below
As Page Style
Number
=> So the option "Reference" is hidden and the option "Number" is added. This
would be consistence I think. Do you agree, Ulrich?
