When I click on a text with input help for data validity, it appears a little
to the right of the next column.
If the text of that cell overflows into other columns, the input help is in
front of some of that text, blocking it from view.
So I cannot easily access this blocked text so that I can right-click and check
spelling, et cetera.
I think the input help should disappear at some point and maybe reappear when
it is not blocking the user from accessing the text behind it.
