We do not currently support any color font format on any platform, we have bug
104403 and bug 105488 open for supporting the two salable color font formats.
DirectWrite provides API to expose the SVG table, but actual rendering is up to
the application, so it is not much less work than doing it in cross-platform
way by parsing the fonts directly. Supporting COLR/CPAL fonts (bug 104403) is
pretty straight forward, one or two weeks part time work if someone is
interested.
