Per comment 29 and comment 30, I'll close this bug as WFM.
What I see is that may be some problems with specific printers, but that should
be inspected and reported relating to those printers, since duplex print works
in general.
If you find it inappropriate, feel free to reopen, but please narrow the
problem to tested printers and OS.
There's comment 33 but the same comment is in Bug 60428.
