Confirmed with the 1280x800 resolution and gtk3 interface (not with gtk2 or
gen)

The rolling menu is the state, where upwards and downwards pointing triangles
appear at the top and bottom of the menu. With gtk3, the menu couldn't care
less how it bounces on the screen.
