Not sure if a one-time crash is of value but there's a "signature" attached.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. select a range of cells
2. right click and choose format cells
crash
Actual Results:
crash (see screenshot and signature text file)
Expected Results:
no crash
Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
