n5250-HOWTO.xml requires docbook V4.2
master-2017-05-23 > Share > xslt > docbook > sofftodocbookheadins.xsl talks
about docbook 4.1.2 where I didn’t find the ‘simplelist’ or
’programminglisting’ tags.
