In that scenario i guess 'Text Body' has to stay, as it will appear in the list
quite early in the creation of a document.

With so many documents already created with 'Default' (aka Standard) and when
importing Word documents that default to use 'Normal' and that being mapped to
'Default', its highly unlikely it wont always appear in the list as well.
